Accommodation Terms, conditions Privacy Policy


Check-in: From 14:00
Check-out: Until 10:00.
The minimum age for check-in is 18.

1. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
6. Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time after 11pm.
7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
8. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
9. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee $50.
10. Please take care of our home, furnishings, and contents. You must pay for damages or items removed from the premises.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Parking

  • 1 undercover car park is provided.
  • Additional cars can park on the Main Street.
  • Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighbourhood.
  • No parking is possible for guests in the commercial buildings parks in front of the accommodation.

Respect

Respect for other guests and our neighbouring properties in relation to privacy, noise and behaviour is required at all times. Quiet time after 11pm.

Comments

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
