• Turn left onto Andy Thomas Circuit
• At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Sir Donald Bradman Dr/A6
• Keep left to continue on A6, follow signs for Glenelg
• Merge onto Marion Rd/A2
• Take the Southern Express way until you see the Mclaren Vale exit 
• Turn left onto Mclaren Vale Road and then turn right onto Main Rd. Your destination, 1-5/194 Main Rd McLaren Vale, will be on your left.

By public transportation: You can also take public transportation to get from Adelaide Airport to McLaren Vale. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and involves a combination of bus and train.

• From the airport, take the J1 or J2 bus to the Adelaide Railway Station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around AUD $5.00.
• From the Adelaide Railway Station, take the Seaford train to Noarlunga Centre. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and costs around AUD $5.00.
• At Noarlunga Centre, transfer to the 750 bus towards Adelaide, which will take you to McLaren Vale. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and costs around AUD $5.00.
• Get off at the McLaren Vale Shopping Centre stop and then walk south along Main Rd for approximately 10 minutes. Your destination, 1-5 194 Main Rd McLaren Vale, will be on your left.
